Blazer Length
Stand normally with your fists curled. Find the widest part of your torso & measure from the base of your neck down to the knuckle of your thumb.
Shoulder Width
Measure from the end of your right shoulder to the end of your left shoulder.
The "End of the Shoulder" is the part where the horizontal bone of the shoulder and collarbone intersects the vertical bone of the arm (see illustration).
Sleeve Length
Measure from the end of your right shoulder to your wrist (or the base of your palm).
Biceps Width
Measure around the fullest part of your biceps while flexing.
Forearms Width
Measure around your forearm at its widest point.
Chest Width
Measure around your chest at its widest point (typically under the armpits and across the shoulder blades).
Stomach Width
Measure around the largest part of your stomach, just below your ribs (in line with your belly button).
Seat / Hips Width
Measure around the largest part of your hips and buttocks.
Neck Width
Wrap the tape comfortably around your neck base, below the Adam's apple and above the collarbone. Keep it flat and level.
Wrist Width
Measure around your wrist or the base of your hand (whichever is larger).
Pant Length (Out-seam)
Measure from the top of your waistband to the base of your foot.
Waist Width
Measure around your waist where you typically wear your pants (at belt level).
Seat / Hips Width
Measure around the largest part of your hips and buttocks.
Thigh Width
Measure around your thigh at its widest point (where it intersects with your crotch).
Knee Width
Measure around your kneecap.
Calf Width
Measure around your Calf.
Leg Opening
Wrap the measuring tape around your heel and just below your ankle (refer to the illustration). This helps ensure your leg fits comfortably through the pant opening.
Full Crotch Length
Measure from the front tip of the waistband (where you usually wear your pants) to the back tip, taking the tape underneath your crotch.
